TrevPAR World and IMS Africa merge to form revenue & distribution power house in Africa

TrevPAR World Total Revenue Management and IMS Africa Integrated Management Solutions, have completed a merger which now forms one of the largest commercial hospitality alliances in Africa.

TrevPAR Wolrd Total Revenue Management is a data analytics company that focuses on the development of data driven strategies to maximize overall revenues as well as profits within hotels and other tourism sectors. IMS Africa is one of Africa’s largest distribution hubs, with in the hospitality industry which focuses on specialized distribution and maximizing distribution footprints on a national and international stage.

Through the most robust technology, high level integrations and unmatched support from both TrevPAR World and IMS Africa, this merger would create Africa’s first distribution and revenue warehouse, with a combined portfolio of over 150 hotels that will be serviced on a daily basis.
